Oat milk sachets for hospital

After hearing how the NHS hospital post labour cup of tea is the best cup of tea of your life, I was expecting to have the same when i had my little girl 3 years ago. Only they had no milk alternatives!! This time round I’m coming prepared with these off Amazon 🥛🌱

😆 I cannot wait for a cup of coffee. Haven’t touched the stuff since April due to an aversion. Let’s hope they have some good tea bags and coffee 🙏🏻

@Laura omg I havent been able to drink tea either! Hoping the aversion disappears at birth. Starting to get a little nausea again now and so worried hyperemesis is trying to return at 36 weeks 😩

Ps, taking my own yorkshire tea bags just in case haha

I need these for the next time I was so sad

@Cesca oh god I have HG too. Been off my whole pregnancy 🙈 it’s really ramped up now, I think this happens for most near the end 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m taking my own herbal tea bags and a big flask just in case 😂 can’t stand normal tea!

@Laura oh god that just sounds awful. I count myself lucky that xonvea really worked for me this pregnancy. With my first i was off work until 22 weeks ish and was skeletal and just so so so ill. Bedbound other than hospital trips for IV hydration. Couldnt drink water and living off a tinned peach slice a day pretty much as it was all i could manage and wasnt the worst when it came back up haha. It is such a horrible thing to go through- look after yourself and your mental health! Many have PTSD from HG ❤️

@Kathryn not a bad idea!!

@Cesca @Laura I had HG throughout my pregnancy and couldn’t drink tea from a month in. I took a carton of milk in for me and husband and I tried a cup of tea after birth as everyone says the first cuppa is the best. Happy to say it went down a treat and I’ve been a tea monster ever since. Baby is now five months.

@Kayleigh amazing thank you - hope the same happens with me, I miss a good cuppa!
