Has anyone been contacted about scheduling a photoshoot with Venture Photographers after signing up through Emma's Diary? If so, are you planning to book or have you already done so? What was your experience like?
What does the process involve, and what’s typically included? Additionally, how much should I expect to spend afterward?

We had one done with them after our 1st as someone had bought it for us as a gift, it only included an 8*7" photo in a frame and anything more they were charging an absolutely ludicrous amount for! We bought a couple more in frames but they were pretty dear and the price for digital copies was massive and they only gave you a certain resolution so you couldn't print them massive yourself as they'd pixelate! Id expect to be spending hundreds of pounds though with them, you'd be better off booking a newborn photoshoot with a local photographer where photos are included, most do a like £100-200 package but it'll include high quality digital copies and normally a much longer and more personal experience to get the best photos x
We didn’t have the best experience with them… we were made to believe that the maternity and post pictures were less than £100 (this was through a mothercare event). Got our pictures taken then they charged us around £800,we tried to explain that we weren’t aware of that cost but we were told we had no choice but to pay. Irrespective of what I’ve mentioned if you’re aware of how much the pictures cost, the service and pictures are lovely. Just didn’t want you to fall for the trap we fell in. As for the process we got a maternity shot and post pregnancy shot. You either pay upfront or instalments.
