Metanium yellow cream

Does anyone know cream as good as this as I know metanium ointment is discontinued now?

No we’re really struggling without it! Tried sudosalve as that was recommended it’s ok but not as good

On eBay it’s being sold for £25 and I’m half tempted to buy some because this was a life saver when my boy was small. In complete panic mood 🥲

I was weirdly thinking this this morning but can’t bring myself to do it. So annoying isn’t it!

Don’t think anythin is as good tbf. They do the barrier ointment still xx

Has anyone tried Weleda or Bepanthen?
