Expectant mums with flu - help 😩

Any expectant mums had this flu going around at all or just the flu in general and what did you take to ease sinus pain, nasal blockages etc. I also have bad canker sores at both corners of my mouth. I have had it for 2/3 days now and when I think I’m getting better it comes back. My little girl is due in 3 weeks and I want to be all better for when she’s here. It’s mainly the nose issue/sinuses I want advice for the cough I can manage! I did speak to the triage nurse however she just said plenty of liquids and paracetamol so not much help 😞 Thank you!!!!
