I second Bepanthen, only time it didn't clear things up it turned out to be thrush and needed canesten
I use aquaphor it works wonders and i just brown flour to keep my baby diaper dry
Not sure if you breast feed or not but I heard breastmilk with organic coconut oil is great for rashes not sure haven’t had to try
Sudocrem works for us 😊
We use an aveeno cream. But with all creams put Vaseline on top, it creates an extra layer to protect from wee so the cream has longer to work! X
@Ayesha oh I didn’t think of this I’ll give it a go! X
Thanks for the reply’s girls ❤️
Sudocream antiseptic healing cream has worked well for us. My daughter had bottom rashes from HFMD and this antiseptic cream has helped in healing it x
Bepanthen caused my baby nappy rash never again. Luckily I’ve always bought like 10 of everything at same time so I’ve got about 15 tubes of the stuff and I am pregnant so all will get used. I don’t know what to suggest but I wouldn’t use bepanthen it’s a barrier cream not a nappy rash cream and avoid cheap own brands they are terrible too xx
Sudosalve worked wonders for us!
I know people are selling it for stupid prices on eBay but I have seen a few for £15-£17 which is ALOT but in grand scheme of things if you know it works for baby then it’s worth getting x
Sudosalve is amazing
I'm sure you can still buy Metanium. It's now in a purple box. It's also currently available on Amazon
I’ve seen people suggest weleda or sudosalve x

@Laura💫 that’s the barrier cream not the nappy rash cream x
I was using the aveeno nappy cream which helped but I bought some kokoso coconut oil for my girls cradle cap and apparently that's really good for nappy rash so I'm going to try that. I've tried all the creams sudocrem sudosalve bephanthen, canesten etc x
@kelly Oh no, sorry girls. How gutting. That was my go to as well
Bepanthen
