Folic acid tablets x
I’d recommend getting a fertility cup. I tried for 10 months then the first time I used a fertility cup I got pregnant straight away. Good luck on your trying to conceive journey! Xx
@Alina I have brought a basal thermometer to support me to know when I’m ovulating
@Alina I uses the Flo app
@Alina thank you
@Amy I have just brought 240 tablets to start taking, any other tablets you can suggest ?x
Also I have been off my implant a year in March, then off my contraceptive pill since July of this helps with your suggestions
I agree with the other moms, ovulation strips. I used the fancy ones you get in the store and it gave me such a large range of days I was ovulating. The strips helped single it down. Also, stay away from food and drinks that help with menstruation; such as hibiscus tea, it’s in a lot of tea. There are some food that helps with implantation, pineapple.
@Paige honestly depends on how fast you want to conceive. Our bodies can only conceive when we have cervical fluid so if you wanna do nothing else but pay attention to that body signal then it'll work. That's what I did the first time. The second time I used ovulation stips the second month's and knew the night I was ovulating lol also BBT only tells you after you ovulated and the temp drops 3 days so to know before hand the cervical fluid tells ya
@Margarita I have came off all caffeine and nicotine to support my journey
@Alina how do I support my cervical fluid? I’m really new to all of this. My body is really confused as well as I’ve never had a regular period so timing and dates are all over the place
Just be hydrated but some people do take a mucus relief drug that thins it. The TCOYF book has pictures for reference. You can check by wiping before you pee and mark it in a chart app like kindara or read your body.

@Alina I have brought some tablets such as wild yam Macca root and folic acid. I’m sure one of them is ment to support my cervical mucus x
Hmmm probably. ❤️
Try everyday from day 7 after the period to day 14/15
@Hanir I have cut out all caffeine and nicotine for two weeks now
@Lina see my periods only last 3 days
@Nadia I use the Flo app
Definitely eat well, drink less alcohol and don’t smoke or vape. It might also be worth looking at your partner’s general health. It’s not all on us! Also try to relax. Stress isn’t good for conceiving. Good luck!
Is taking mucinex off your list of options? I conceived the same cycle when I took mucinex. It works like a custom. It thins your cervical mucus and makes it so so much easier for sperm to get where it needs
@Katherine how does mucinex support your chances of getting pregnant?
@Paige mucinex thins you mucus in your chest etc when your sick, but the guaifenesin in mucinex also thins out your mucus in your cervix as well. It thins out ALL the mucus in your body. Usually, part of what kills a lot of the sperm trying to make it to our eggs is mucus. It’s designed to protect us and if it’s not “just right” it prevents so much sperm from getting in. When you take mucinex it makes it super thin and makes a clear pathway for sperm to get right to the fallopian tubes to meet your egg. So when you’re in your fertile window, you’re gonna want to start taking the mucinex, 120g one, and take it everyday, about an hour before having sex to be safe. That’ll help the sperm make it right up there. The sperm will be waiting in your fallopian tubes for when your egg comes. I didn’t believe it at first. I mean it makes sense and I get the science behind it but I had been trying for so long I was in such denial that a simple mucinex would do the trick… then I tried it.
Where can I buy it from ?
@Paige Kroger. And I realized I typed 120g😪 I meant 1200mg .. I bought the off brand Kroger brand one. It worked the same
Yes. Try on days that you have cervical fluid. Use premom ovulation strips if you want even more information
