I’m new here!

So I just recently started trying to make sourdough bread. I am 25 days into the journey. My starter is now 25 days old. I just want to know what you guys think! But please be nice lol this was my first go. I’ll drop some pics in the comments of my first bread and second I baked. The second definitely rose a lot more than the first. But also I think I was over kneading. I’m working on my third right now. The taste is delicious! And that’s all that matters I guess. But the texture is a smidge more chewy than regular sourdough. And when I’m proofing my bread it’s not bubbly. But when I bake it, it has some bubbles.
