I'm nearly 24 weeks and still trying to get my MatB1 form. My work are getting impatient and there doesn't seem to be any 'umph' from the maternity team.
Any tips for getting this form ASAP? Thanks :)

@Becky thanks lovely. They did that for me with my first and it was so easy. With my second I had to wait about a month and this time around it's seemingly impossible 🙈 I'll try and push them.
@Ellis that would drive me mad!! She just had a form there and signed signature so idk why they’d not do that right there and then couldnt cope🤣🤣
@Becky, haha, it's is! I'm such a planner, and as I already have 2 under 5, I'm trying to be super prepared this time incase I drop the ball on anything 🙈 I'm 24 weeks on Sunday and don't have any midwife appointments until March now, which will be too late to give the 12 weeks' notice for mat leave 😅 looks like I'm winging it until then 🤣
Not same area as you but when I was pregnant during my midwife appointment I just asked her for one and she signed it there and then 🤞🏻
