If I were you I would cut dairy from your diet for 6 weeks and monitor bubbas rash. If their rash goes then it’s a dairy intolerance and you can have a think about your breastfeeding journey .. if it doesn’t go away then I would suspect your bubba could have severe eczema which could be triggered from a range of things such as your washing detergent or the bath products etc .. steroid creams are good at helping however they are not a long term solution x
Dairy has been completely out of my diet and my daughter has.
My baby's skin looked like that about a week ago, I've been washing her face every day with a really soft baby towel and it cleared up almost completely
Mine has the same she is 1 month old
I use mustela and in a couple of days the acne is completely gone. My daughter had it so bad. And I just had a boy so I’m using it with him and it’s never gotten bad he will get a bit every once in a while.
My baby had the same thing for a while, I use tubby Todd lotion, it works wonders! But it’s just sensitive skin with some baby acne
my daughter had the same appear at 3 weeks old and her pediatrician said it was baby acne and to apply some breastmilk on it whenever I saw it got too red and to not worry about it. After quite a few applications it does look less severe (daughter is now 5 weeks old and no other symptoms that mat indicate an allergic reaction)
