What’s going on ??

my 4 y/o boy has had an accident (peed his pants) for the past 4 days in a row. He hasn’t had an accident in almost a year. He’s been going to the bathroom frequently… a lot more than usual… and last night he stated that his penis hurt… when i asked him why, he said he “pinched it on accident” in the shower. But with all of these other things, im wondering if it’s possible he might have a UTI ? Has any other moms experienced this ? He showers every night and we used unscented body wash for sensitive skin since he has eczema. I’m just not sure what next steps i need to take. He doesn’t attend daycare and no one else watches him. Any advice ?
