I mean.. maybe itā€™s not down to the yoghurt, at least I donā€™t think it is. Sheā€™s just very active and a happy baby she seems x

I don't think it is but it's recommended full fat (+6% fat) greek yoghurt In the course I did

They say not to do nonfat because babies need that fat in the yogurt. And plain is preferred over vanilla. Yogurt wont cause the hyperactivity, just seems like a happy baby :)

Full fat yogurt (usually Greek) is generally recommended but I donā€™t think that would make a difference hyperness wise. personally I would do plain this young to avoid the added sugar, not necessarily for hyperness but because added sugar isnā€™t recommended at this age

The activity level seems age appropriate! But obviously we are only seeing a short clip

I dont think it's the fact it's vanilla yoghurt it would probably be based on the fact it's nonfat instead of full fat and that's why it's not recommended.

Usually vanilla or other flavored yogurts have lots of sugar added and some other stuff like natural flavors thatā€™s why itā€™s best to give non flavored full fat yogurt.sugar might impact kids behavior but as others said with what baby is eating most probably wouldnā€™t make a difference

@Jelena he***^ (ion take offense when ppl mistake him for a girl i js know it means his cute lol) & thankyou mama šŸ©·

@Paula thankyou! will buy some tomorrow šŸ’•

@Kaylah āļøšŸ’• I apologise, I didnā€™t even think about gender I just typed what came to mind šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ x *he x

@Michaela thankyou!! iā€™ll try that,, he canā€™t eat cheerios yet normally i js mix it w/ a little bit of fruit puree to make it fresh

Plain whole milk yogurt is the best! They need alllll the fat for their developing brains! If baby doesnā€™t like it plan we have mixed in fruit or even pouches too šŸ¤—

@Kaylah āļøšŸ’• hope he likes! I'm also a Cancer and my 7 months old is a LeošŸ«¶šŸ»

@Paula omg i swear this is the best duo ever ,, i always knew my first baby would be a leo šŸ„° are you a june or july cancer? iā€™m july

It's possibly the sugar from the flavoring, I'd suggest plain unflavored.

full fat yoghurt, babies can only have a small amount of greek yoghurt

@Ciara itā€™s actually not recommended to give baby too much greek yoghurt as itā€™s too high in protein for their little stomachs x

Typical nonfat yogurt has a lot of sugar. We do the oikos triple zero Greek yogurt although you are dealing with a small nominal of artificial sweetener I think

My baby loves nature yogurt ! I only give nature full fat yogurt, bc full fat is better (non-processed + baby need fats) and nature is ok for him so great If your baby doesnā€™t like nature you can just add like banana purĆ©e any fruit purĆ©e without sugar added and usually they loves it !

@Kaylah āļøšŸ’• 10th of July and he's 23rd of July
