@LaShawna oh girl I’m sorry to hear that. Even the “best” of breakups can be tough. I don’t know your situation but maybe use this time as a chance to ask what you can do for you. Give yourself all of the love and grace you can.

@Tricia oh girl! My 3 year old is driving me up the wall with not wanting to sleep. Last night was ROUGH! You’re not alone. We are all so tired lol

I’ve taken my fair share of therapy and my therapist used to ask me “what would you tell little Liana if she was in front of you feeling this?” Ooohweee that definitely changed my perspective on a lot. Happy to even remind myself right now because I forget to give myself grace a lot.

@Riah Momma Of 3🤰🏽 Life does change so drastically but in the most beautiful way. I am extremely grateful that live in and are being mothers in a time where it’s ok to normalize the chaos of motherhood. Where it’s ok to say I would take a bullet for these kids but they are driving me insane!! lol just know that no matter what you have this village of moms here who will always get it! Through the exhaustion, smiles etc. you got this girl! I’m doing ok, so happy it’s Friday!
