Every 3 months unfortunately
From a legal standpoint, they have 50/50 physically and legally custody. However with no court ordered parenting time schedule, my husband only gets his lil one either Thursday nights or Friday nights till Sunday evening
Every weekend, every break, pick him up from school to take him to his mom, keep him anytime his mom is stuck late at work or wants to do something
Every other weekend and wednesdays
All the time. Step son only goes with his mom every other weekend and he’s been busy staying home most weekends now because he doesn’t want to go. (He’s 13)
We have majority custody. Her BM gets every other weekend during the school year and certain set school holidays, and we rotate Christmas and Thanksgiving break every year. Then, in the summer, it switches, and we get her every other weekend, plus our two weeks of vacation that we can take whenever we want.
Was every other weekend. Now nothing
Whoever has them the weekend doesn’t have them during the school week and then switch! Maybe one day during the school week it all depends we are pretty flexible with each other but the order is a 2-2-3 swap
100%. BioMom hasn’t seen her kid in almost 2 years. Occasionally calls and texts in holidays when she goes down her list of people to say happy Valentine’s Day to… 🙄
Week on week off but overall they do spend more time with their mom overall.
