Call his mother. She won't want her grandbabies to starve. She may be able to set him straight and keep him out of more trouble.

Whose money was it? No marriage, so no joint property clause. Joint bank accounts have equal access. Did it include money from your earnings or assets?

You need to be on the bank account in order to file a police report at the station and then get a lawyer. Otherwise, it’s not you’re. You can file for custody and child support regardless. Obviously do this immediately but that’s about all you can do.
