No he’s not in nursery
You can talk to health visitor bout concerns and ask for an appointment from go to be referred to a kids pediatrician for their behavior If at nursery also ask for observation or appointment with their allocated sen person. Cause the Sen person and the hv and the nursery will share information with one another from their observations which will build evidence for a case for referral as well as including your observations of your child’s behavior at home etc As before age 2/3 the referrals can get bounced back/declined due to lack of sufficient evidence in most basic terms as they don’t like to diagnose kids under age of 3/4years old as some kids have just milestone/development delays Eg my son has speech delay and I only just got our first speech therapist appointment at the end of last month His currently 3 yrs old
You can or like I have, I reached out to the health visitors before. Though I would go to both if you’re not happy with the result from a health visitor x
