So glad to hear this❤️ These are music to my ears! Just curious of the feet look different? I feel after the casting his left feet it is a but smaller and doc said with time one leg might appear smaller than the other
His right foot is slightly smaller, but once we started the boots his foot was able to grow easier. A few appointments back I remember they measured and said his right foot was 2cms smaller, but at his last appointment they measured and it was about .5cm smaller. Some people do say that their's or their kids foot was a shoe size or 2 smaller, but that's not always the case.
My son has lcf too - he didn't need a tenotomy and he turns 1 tomorrow and you can't even tell. He has a little dimple on the top of his foot but other than that you'd never know. I haven't noticed a difference in size yet but his feet are still so small
My lad has just turned 5 months and he had left foot club foot. He had a tenotomy, then boots and bars which he spent most his time out of or back in a cast due to having a reaction to the boots. We went into an adm about 2 months ago and just gone into part time wear. All my friends are amazed how his foot looks and do are we.
At 9m, we went for a review and the physio (who just does clubfeet) struggled to know which was the clubfoot and had to look for the tenotomy scar to check. That's how perfect his foot is
Glad to hear such positive stories
My son has right clubfoot and didn’t need surgery but at 6 months you can’t tell other than a little indent in his foot, which has gotten less noticeable as he has gotten more fat on him.
My son has a right clubfoot. He's almost 18 months now, and his foot looks great! He's been waking since he was 13 months, 6 nothing stops him, you can't even tell his foot was different if you didn't know.
