The chocolate was a killer for me towards the end, I was weighing up whether I could go without a cuppa for the sake of a bar of chocolate 😂 I completely overlooked the fact it had caffeine in too at the start x
caffeine free cokes/pepsi was my go-to when pregnant!

I think you can have up to 200mg a day, and I recall when I looked it up most drinks (a normal tea/a normal sized can of coke etc) are about 50mg each, so I always went by a maximum of 4 of those drinks a day. I switched to caffeine free pepsi, that helped keep my intake down. That might work for you too? Don’t forget chocolate and things like that also contain caffeine 😩 so that’s another thing to be mindful of x
