Chicken pox scars treatment recommendations please? 😌

My 3 year old had chicken pox around a month ago, quite bad and he scratched them quite bad too so has been left with a lot of scars/craters in his skin currently, I know they should heal up a little bit with him only being so young but does anyone have any recommendations to heal the scars more?
