Wanna talk about motherhood? I’d love to have you on my podcast!

Hey Haringey mums! I’m starting a podcast called Can’t Be Mothered—and it’s all about the stuff we don’t always say out loud. The messy, emotional, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming parts of motherhood that no one really prepares us for. This isn’t about advice or pretending we’ve got it all figured out. It’s about real stories—from pregnancy to postpartum, identity shifts, mental load, love, loss, joy, rage… all of it. I’m looking for mums who are open to having honest conversations and sharing their truth—whatever that looks like. If you’ve got a story, big or small, I’d really love to hear from you. Let’s talk about the things we’re usually told to keep quiet. Let’s make space for the real stuff. Drop me a message if you’re up for it! Pauline x

Not sure if your story fits? Here are just a few examples of the kinds of conversations I’d love to have on the podcast: • Navigating postpartum recovery—physically or emotionally • How motherhood shifted your identity or your relationship • Experiencing motherhood as a single mum, stepmum, adoptive mum, queer parent, or from any underrepresented background • Dealing with anxiety, rage, grief, or burnout • Feeling disconnected from the “picture-perfect” version of motherhood • Joyful or funny stories that feel too real for Instagram • Choosing not to have more children—or not to become a mum at all • How you found your voice again after becoming a parent Honestly, if it’s real and it matters to you, then it’s exactly what this podcast is about. Still unsure? Just message me—we can chat and figure it out together.

Loveeee the name of your podcast 😂🫶🏻
