Best time for first date drinks??
It’s a rare beautiful week in Scotland ☀️ and this guy and I have the day off work on Friday. Never met him before and we’ve agreed to drinks. But I don’t know whether to meet up at 7pm or so because if we sit outside during the day I’m worried about the lighting being bad…? 😅
When is a good day time for a first date (drinks not food)?
Sorry for such a boring ridiculous question but I haven’t been on a first date in 8 years. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing anymore and it’s up to me to pick the time

Thank you just suggested 7. There’s live music beginning at that time but it’s not a gig so we should be able to talk?? you’d think I had never been in a date before but honestly it feels like it. First date as a mum and I’m so nervous
I always liked ‘after work’ - so 5/6 - because then you can decide whether to have food and extend or just cut it off at 7ish and go home! Same at the weekend, I’d personally do early afternoon x
I think 7 is a good time, not too early or late
