Baby acne

My baby is the same 😥 sometimes it clears. My health visitors just say it’s normal xx

Our little girls is the same! We have been putting breastmilk on it twice a day… and have noticed it going down xx

My 7 week old son has this but not as bad x

Our little one had this and it turned out to be a milk allergy

My little boy had it but it was an allergy to fish oil in formula. Went as soon as I changed the brand x

Could be the warm weather too! I used the Mustela No-Rinse Cleansing Water on my baby and it really helped to clear his skin! ☺️ xx

Yes I am plagued with it as well though it’s got considerably better with mustela water and aquaphor ointment after using for about a week now. I also suspect milk allergy though @Natasha which formula was it? For me it’s Kendamil

@Linda we were using Aptamil which contained the fish oil. We are now using cow and gate which seems fine

My daughter had this between 2-5 weeks (some days it looked more aggressive than others) and then it just disappeared overnight without us doing anything. Looked exactly the same and midwife and health visitor said it's very common newborn acne. She hasn't had it for a few weeks now except for the odd spot here and there but they only last a day

My little girl had something similar, I put my breast milk on her skin and it cleared up a few days later. I was worried too; it will clear mama

My little boy had this and was also on shoulders/ back of neck and then I started putting aveeno baby on and it cleared up within a week as I was initially worried it was milk allergy but wanted to try a cream before swapping milks x

Thank you everyone for the help. I’ve bought some aveeno baby lotion to see if that help clears it. I’ll let yous know how we get on! Xx
