If you have nanny/child care, what do you pay?
It seems like the average is $24/hr average but I recently spoke to someone who says the going rate in this area is $40-$50 so now I’m not sure
am returning to work at the end of the month and looking to hire a nanny a couple days a week

From the research I did, I found the rate to be $25-$30 depending on experience. Are you open to a Nanny Share? I’m looking for another family to share with.
