Nannies/ babysitters
Hi , where have you guys found safe, trustworthy and reliable nannies or babysitters ? I’m in Michigan near Sterling Heights/Troy area. Please help!

My gym has a kids center with college age girls who work it. I asked them if they are looking for additional nanny/sitting opportunities. No nanny yet but they do babysit from time to time. It's nice too that my boys know them and are comfortable with them so I don't have to worry about strangers watching them
I’m in the same boat except I need a 24 hr sitter. I work night !😩
