What’s the best / well known seasoning / way to cook salmon please?

I don’t eat meat / fish never have, but my sons asked to try it, do I just add some seasoning (not sure what?)and put in foil in oven lol? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes you can wrap loosely in foil, bake in gas mark 7 for twenty five to thirty minutes
Or put in air fryer on Greeseproof paper for twenty minutes 200
I like mine crispy so I cook it that way. My son loves salmon too.we also pan fry it which is nice with asparagus, brocoli, green beans and fried left over new potatoes

I cook mine plain but yes you can season with most things, parsley and lemon or teriyaki sauce I also like, the stir fry sauces are great to put over it but I think plain is nice to see if they like the flavour of the fish, if not next time if season and so on

Wrap loosely in foil on 180 for around 20-25 mins! I season with pepper and paprika usually but recently picked up a mixed herb seasoning with garlic and that works nicely. Also sweet chilli sauce spread over the top that’s really good!

Prefer fish plain with just a bit of salt, anything else overpowers the taste. I like sea bass or salmon wrapped loosely in foil, about 13 mins or till it is temping about 72 degrees, 190 in the air fryer x

How you cook it depends on the cut of the meat. You can slow cook beef braising steak for three hours on a low heat - brown the meat in butter or olive oil with garlic and or onion. You can then fry some spices if you wish. Then add your liquid - beef stock (you can get organic bone broth pouches), passata, water etc. then simmer for three hours. Or get sirloin steaks and pan fry for four - 5 minutes on each side on a medium heat.

Fish - just get wild salmon or mackerel or trout - wild and oily fish are higher in omega three. You don't need to cook in foil - it leaches aluminium which can cause all kinds of health problems in the long run. Just put your fish on a glass baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and slices of lemon and throw in some garlic or paprika and bake for about 20 mins at 170C x
