PGP but nothing helps

I was told the pains in my hips and groin is PGP. But nothing helps it. When they first told me I had PGP, I was taking paracetamol and it would ease the pain. But as time has gone on, nothing helps it! I take paracetamol every 4-6 hours, I do my exercises, I sit on my ball, have a pillow between my legs at night time and I don’t allow myself sit for too long at work, I also wear a support belt. And I have attended a yoga pregnancy class throughout this pregnancy and my last pregnancy. But I am really big, my bump is so much bigger than first time I was pregnant at this stage (35 weeks) and nothing is easing the pain. I am nearly crying getting out of bed each morning. And hobbling about. What I’m wondering is if being in so much pain and struggling to walk now could impact on recovery post birth? The muscles in my legs and bum feel so weak! And I’m concerned that this will affect my ability to lift my baby.

I've had bad pgp in all my pregnancies this one is actually better than my last two although only 34 weeks so still got time to get worse. I found it literally eased as soon as baby was out. I remember saying to people I can't believe it's just gone. I would recommend you have a look on pelvicpartnership.org there are some practitioners on there who are recommended for manual therapy. I went to see a chiropractor last time which was soooo much better than a physiotherapist and they did a pregnancy massage at the same place. If your still at work I would consider finishing as this has helped me loads
