Rash from crying?
My baby will cry so hard that she will get this rash on her face.
Anyone else’s baby do this or have you seen this ?
I asked my friend that’s a pediatric nurse and she said it’s fine but it’s so scary to me.
It goes away immediately after calming down but it’s so scary to me.

My sister in law has this happen any time she cries. She said she’s not sure if it’s the tears themselves or wiping the tears away that causes the rash
Yep! My baby has gotten it since around 3 months. Occasionally the splotches won’t cross the midline of her face and that really freaks me out. But I’m the exact same way, my face looks like a strawberry when I cry. Her pediatrician said it’s common in pale/light skinned people. And I don’t think it’s actually a rash, just splotches.
This has happened before but it went within minutes under 10
My little one gets the same thing! He also has really sensitive skin like me
