I make my daughter oven eggs. Make them in muffin pans, crack an egg and scramble in pan, throw a little cheese, meat of your choice (mine likes bits of ham), put in oven and let cook. Takes 2 mins to prepare. Also overnight oats (bunch of different ways to make these to preferences), or little yogurt parfaits (agin to preference). Everything is quick and easy lol
@Amanda I made these before and they were sooo goood
@Giselle they are so good! Nothing better than good tasty meals. I also do breakfast trail mixes. Healthy cereal like cheerios, dried fruit, and yogurt bites. They’re so great for on the go and taste good also. With a side of milk it’s perfect 😂
I always try to give her a fruit, a dairy, and some protein for breakfast. Usually, that's banana, yogurt, and scrambled eggs. For lazy meals or when we run out of the fresh stuff, it turns into a banana squeeze pouch, yogurt melts, and a miscellaneous third snacky thing that isn't straight sugar 🫠 usually harvest snaps or cheese or something
I do waffles that I can just toss in the toaster and turkey sausage with some frozen fruit.
I make mine a quick scrambled egg and while I do that I microwave a zucchini muffin for him to eat while he waits! Then we have berries for dessert. Same thing every day lol
My daughter eats Frozen pancakes or waffles sometimes I change it up and make pancakes with fruit or chocolate chips in them with turkey sausage and fruit . Shes not a fan of eggs or oatmeal so we work with what she will eat😂😂
