HELP with spitting up / possetting

My girl is 10 weeks old and EBF. She is sick so much. I can never keep in her clothes for more than 10 minutes without her spitting up / possetting on them. I’ve tried burping her during feeds (she cries horribly if I do that), I’ve tried burping her after feeding her and not burping her at all. I’m at my wits end and really struggling. I’m not sure if it’s allergy related as she has no other symptoms over than quiet a lot of trapped air and spitting up. Does anyone have any advice because my poor washing machine and fed up mama of being covered in sick here 😭😭
