Were you told she has really bad reflux or you’re assuming this based on what you can see. Only wondering because I felt like that for my daughter whereas I was told it’s normal due to their capacity and stomach size and that I should only be worried if their vomit is hitting the walls etc. I have my daughter the nannycare goats milk straight away rather than kendamil - I had a reason why but can’t really remember now lol. The milk has been serving us well so far and it’s been about 6 weeks or so
@Taijah thanks so much!! I’ll definitely give this a try and let my pediatrician know too
@Victoria yes, my pediatrician and the hospital told me that’s what she has and provided her medication for it. Thank you
Goat milk has very similar protein to cow milk so it could be that causing the issues. We tried goat milk fir the same reason and didn't help at all.
Hmm, which may link to maybe lactose intolerance and needing specialised milk
Hey @Bre are baby boy was the exact same way. It is a rollercoaster hang in there! We have tried every formula started with Kendamil , nutramigen, ready feed. Our pediatric dietician recommended puramino he’s been on it for about a month almost night and day difference. It is expensive but it’s for severe allergies ask you pediatrician your insurance may cover it mine didn’t :(. Some more tips that have been working for us .. Reflux 1. Incline bassinet to 15 degrees 2. Changed reflux medicine to level 2 blocker. Level 1 is Pepcid he was still fussy (ped gastrontolgist prescribed)the level 2 3. Sitting up 30 min after feeding Gas 1. Using the vibrant function on swing or chair will break up air bubbles in belly 2. We use Phillips avent natural colic bottles really traps in that air Feel free to message me hope this helps !💙
