budget friendly idea for second birthday in luton?

hey my little one is turning 2 end of may and i’ve been racking my brains for a minute to figure out a budget friendly birthday idea. it doesn’t have to be fancy, i just want my daughter to have a day where she’s laughing from morning til night, the kinda day that’s so fun that you collapse in exhaustion in the evening 😂 so if anyone has any simple, cheap but just really fun ideas for me, i’d be really grateful. i don’t have a car and i’m based in lewsey. can anyone help me out? 😅
