How safe are all inclusive resorts in Punta Cana for traveling with 5 months old?

I don't know about there but we went to Costa Rica at 3 months and we stayed at an Airbnb but we are going to Punta Cana next year but of course he'll be 2
We actually booked vacation to Florida, for her first trip maybe is better, but I love punta cana and would love to take her there soon too.
She had two rounds of vaccines and will have last one in June.
I don't think any international travel is safe really after they've had all of their vaccinations but google says to talk to your pediatric doctor.
