Mentally burnt out

Not sure if it’s just me but currently feeling so burnt out trying to juggle everything. I work four days a week and have recently started a new role and everything is quite overwhelming right now. I also feel like I do almost everything for my LO and it’s like I have to ask my partner to do stuff and even when I do sometimes he moans about it so I just end up doing it which defeats the purpose of asking. Don’t really know what to do or if anyone has some advice :-(

good for you mama, you’re working so hard for your little one and giving your all to meeting all their needs. it’s important to take time for you too, you can’t pour from an empty cup, you’re doing your best and that’s all you can do❤️

I'm in the same position! Gone back to work 4 days a week, in to a different role. My partner is out 12 hours a day at work. I'm grateful that he does bedtime most evenings as that's the only real time he gets with our LB but he moans if I ask him to bath our LB, doesn't contribute towards housework, cooking dinners, washing etc. You really need to try and take some time each evening for yourself. It seems hard to start as there's always so much to do but your mind and body will be thankful for it and you're energy levels will start to build up again. Here if you ever want someone to talk/vent to! You are not alone! 🩷 x

I'm over here hanging on my a thread! Working with 2 kids..no village & a partner with mental health issues so i've had to play mum plus dad alot. Its hard going..only time i get to myself is after 9.30pm by then i'm too shattered to stay awake to get that 1 hour to myself then whole 14 hour day starts again,mentally,physically & emotionally burnt out. I get you its bloody hard. It csn go 3/4 days before i get any help at all. Most days & nights i do everything & even when he is here my daughter just wants me. All u can do is keep going..i get a little bit of time when my mum has the kids at hers but thats not a break its run around my house as fast as i can sorting & cleaning. Time goes very fast my sons nearly finished primary school once they go to school the fast pace does change and things get easier.
