None of these. It’s the taurine and ginseng. Taurine hasn’t properly been studied and ginseng was shown to be harmful in animal studies.
I personally have steered clear of energy drinks but I definitely have an iced coffee or two hehe
I also stayed away from energy drinks because of all the questionable ingredients, I had plenty of iced coffee though lol
I didn't drink any energy drinks, I had coffee.
I occasionally drink alani protein drinks , never energy. I think my baby has enough energy as is 😂
When I was pregnant, I honestly ditched the alaninus because of the ingredients. I only drank one or two coffees max that’s it!
As long as you are under the caffeine limits, you are fine
