First Miscarriage/Chemical Pregnancy

I’m going through my first miscarriage/chemical pregnancy at 4 weeks and this is all new to me. I went to the hospital two days ago and they told me they couldnt tell me if I was losing it or not. They want me back tomorrow morning for another BETA. My hcg was 19. First symptoms were cramping, backache and abdominal pain. Light bleeding. Pain worsened but I was able to lie down until morning when I went. I was bleeding darker and passing dead tissue at this point. Blood and pain lightened while at the hospital until I arrived home and the bleeding picked up to a normal period ratio. Still passing dead tissue. Last night when i was sleeping i woke up to my pad soaked. Today the pain is gone, the blood is back to period amount and I feel completely normal. Any advice or opinions that could help me out?
