Eczema friendly products?

Drs have said my little girl has eczema and gave us emollient to use in the bath and a petroleum jelly type cream to use after. Wondering what products people have used for babies with eczema as the emollient doesn’t clean her or wash her hair well and worried I’m not washing her properly. We only bath her every 2-3 days as drs said don’t do it too often as we have hard water in my area which also won’t help. I’ve tired Johnson’s and Childs farm and both have caused her to flare up the next day. Have anyone had any good experiences with Aveeno? Or anything else when their little ones has eczema.

We use oilatum in the bath it’s been really good for us

Vosene is really good for hair, I used it growing up because my skin was so sensitive with the eczema. Doesn’t smell amazing but it works and you won’t have to wash her hair as much, maybe once a week because it strips the oils. E45 cream and aqueous cream worked for me growing up. Now I use cocoa oil because it’s the only thing working whilst I’m pregnant lol, hope this helps xx

We use avenno products and zerobase for washing, we haven't had any flare ups so it definitely suits her. It's so tough as you just need to find what works for your child, I'm on the hunt for a Suncream that's ok but yet to find one, dread having to use one mostly keep her covered up

This may be abit controversial but i use a milton tablet in the bath (not so much now as his skin is a lot clearer) but i would use it once every week or so and i found after a day or two, his skin seemed clearer.

My little girl has eczema and when it’s bad iv used the aveeno and found it didn’t cause any irritation. Iv also used the moisturisers on her too and have found they help too x

Aveeno dermexa

I use child’s farm shampoo and body wash, so no help for you there haha However, I use mustela cleansing water to clean her face and any eczema flare ups and then I use baby aveeno nighttime emollient cream to moisturize. Something else that I found works is using neosporin on her eczema flare ups! It reallllyyyy helps, more-so than the emollient creams! Neosporin is an American product, though.
