Sleep regression?

For the last month my 3 month old has started hating being help in my arms to be fed and prefers being sat up facing forward but it’s to the point where he refuses the bottles so my husband and I have to hold his head for him to latch the bottle and then he will continuously drink. He is drinking less milk than usual. His naps during the day only last about 20 minutes and he gives us a hard time at night. Is this normal?? I’m worried
