Custody

Hey all, my ex and I have split custody. I'm not sure if it's 50/50 I'll have to check the paperwork, but I know I have primary custody. I was wondering if I can move out of the city with my son and he can visit his dad on the weekends or maybe holidays bc I want to move somewhere that's a 10 hour drive. Is it possible to do this with primary custody or would I need to seek full custody? I'm in no way trying to limit him seeing his dad, I'm glad that he gets to see him but I also need to move away from where I am now for my own sake. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated !!
