bump in the sun
assuming it’s not just me whose got this stunning weather today😍
is it dangerous for my bump to be in the sun? bare in mind it’s just in the garden i’m worried i shouldn’t be in direct sun but want to make the most of the nice weather
i have a vest on it’s not direct to skin

Just be aware that generally your skin is more sensitive in pregnancy so it’s important to use suncream and stay covered up where possible!
@Jules second this! I got soooo burnt about 36 weeks pregnant I couldn’t walk
I believe as long as you have put on appropriate sun screen and stay very well hydrated it’s absolutely fine! Enjoy the sun ☀️
