Cows milk
I'm introducing cows milk to my son..
How has everyone done it.
I want to replace the afternoon milk.. would it be 8 Oz of cows milk instead of formula??

@Ffion no no I mean he has 8,8,9oz of formula morning, afternoon and bed. So I'm swapping afternoon to cows milk as my little one has a sensitive belly so it would be 8oz still. I did 6.5oz as he had milk in his Weetabix. So far so good and he guzzled it haha!
I had a little bit of formula left so I gave him cows milk during the day and the formula on a night incase he didn’t like it but he loved it and went straight onto cows milk x
I did a transition of formula and milk 70/30, 50/50 and 30/70 before 100% - all took about 10 days x

I just swapped right over once my formula had finished! I still gave the same amount but she’s slowly dropping now. I don’t think there’s any need to have a certain amount of cows milk and formula in each bottle, you’d just be making life harder for yourself x
