Work

So I’m currently finishing of my paid maternity leave and I want to go back into work, they have been kind enough to let me only come twice a week for the next 3 months but I’m struggling to know where to put my baby, my in-laws can’t take care of her for too long ( my shifts are 12 hours) and my mum dosnt live in the same city and my husband is at for for 8 hours while I would go work? What would you do in those situation?
