It’s working for me as I am currently on it. I’ll be starting my 7.5mg dose tonight. If you’re really interested I could walk you through it
I just started a Semaglutide compound only a week ago, so I’m not a lot of help. But with all the inflammation going away I can always tell a huge difference in my tummy (I’m a one c-section mama with 3 pregnancy losses) Also I’m never hungry. It’s incredibly easy to eat sensibly always. It’s kind of blowing my mind and I’m literally only one week in. I also have been doing more core work at the gym because I have a tight back due to the imbalance in strength I’ve got. I lost a lot of score strength after my c-section and it’s taking a while to get it back.
I have been on it 3 weeks and lost 11.8lbs so far with my only side effect being constipation x
I’m about 93kg I’ve never tried mounjaro but my stepmom uses ozempic and she lost 25+ kg in 5-6 months I don’t know if there’s a big difference in the two medicines but it helped her a lot she has pcos and that makes it hard for her to lose weight but ozempic has helped her a ton I’m gonna start ozempic after I have my baby as well because I’ve struggled losing weight since I was 8 I’ve been overweight and dieting exercise and I even developed an eating disorder for 3 years when I was 10-13 and nothing made me lose weight I’d go on 2-3 week long fasts and exercise heavily to the point I passed out during them sometimes and still never lost more than 1-2 pounds a month
@Sana best thing is to go to your local pharmacy that sell it , where they can do checks monthly etc , these online pharmacies act like MLM schemes and keep running out.
Hey I’m currently 133kg and I just started mounjaro this past Friday so it’s too soon to tell if I’ve lost weight but so far it’s been very helpful in suppressing my appetite and making me stay away from sweets and endless snacking. I feel better about myself and haven’t noticed any side effects yet. Also I’m doing intermittent fasting and indoor exercises including 40 mins daily walks on my walking pad to speed up my weight loss. I also had a c section with my first baby so I really wanna work on my under belly (Fupa)
I started it and lost 4 pounds in my first week I’m not hungry no longer picking and so full so quick it’s amazing I’m 3 months post pregnancy if you want a code for £40 off your first order message me x
Really want to try this as my weights been up and down for years fed up with yo-yo dieting but so scared incase everything went wrong
I’m in my second week and I’m 4kgs down. I have occasional stomach cramps but no other side effects. I find it wears off in the six day so I am back to my old self those days but it makes me realise how much it changes you. I don’t want naughty food, I don’t want to eat too much and I don’t stress eat. It’s awesome so far.
@Sana I’ve done research and you don’t need referral for it. Boots and Superdrug sell it , you fill out a form online and order it. Search boots mounjaro , medexpress mounjaro or Superdrug. See who’s cheaper.
@Joanne I’d love to Joanne , I’ll message you x
Can I get the link of the form?
@Sarah Sheehan yes Sara. Would love to have the code
@Lisa thank you for sharing Lisa. I’ll definitely do my research for it. I need to start exercising also as I’ve confirmed I have muscle separation.

@Helen thanks for sharing Helen. If you don’t mind asking , which dose did you first start with, 2.5?
@Chelsea I absolutely understand. Don’t be hard on yourself, you’re doing great. I’ve heard ozempic is with prescription only, I don’t know if I’m right. They say mounjaro is a similar medication as ozempic but not as effective as ozempic. I think ozempic works best so if your mother in law helps to get it you will do great but definitely do your research first x
@Laura you’re doing great. I’ve been told by many moms that growwithjo in YouTube has great exercises and really effective especially for the tummy as she herself had c section.
@Nicole thank you for sharing. You’re doing great. What dose did you start with x
@Sana I have messaged you x
I’m currently on the lowest dosage of 2.5mg. I’ll go up by one more strength and suspect that will suit me fine. Good luck 🤞
I have diabetes and ozempic is recommended for people with type 2 diabetes which is what I have to help them lose weight and manage their sugars so I’d be able to get a prescription once I’m 18 because you have to be 18+ to get it I think
I took MJ for a little less than a year before I got pregnant. I lost 30kg in 9 months. Other than my first 2 shots I had no side effects from it. My sister took ozempic and had a lot more side effects and didn’t lose as much or as quickly as I did, we were a similar size to start. Although I stopped before her, she’s still on ozempic and is doing great on it now. MJ has better results than ozempic in clinical trials.
Hi! I have been on it for 11 weeks and have lost 32.5lbs so far. I am also a c-section mumma and have stomach muscle separation and a small umbilical hernia and was told if I lose weight that the hernia has a good chance of it repairing itself and I won’t need surgery. Honestly I wish I’d started mounjaro sooner! I have about 8 stone to lose and I’m currently 2 stone 4.5lbs down so it’s going well and have had minimal side effects. I get mine from an online pharmacy privately but my GP knows I’m on it and is supportive of it. If anyone wants to ask anything about it please feel free to message me, it’s honestly changing my life! I have a code for £40 off your first order with the pharmacy I get mine from too if anyone wants it 💖
I've been on it for 2 months and down 3 sizes. Here is my asda pharmacy discount code for 10% off any injections if wanted REFVX264ER https://onlinedoctor.asda.com/uk/?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=refer_a_friend Maximum discount value: £30
Mounjaro (Tirzepitide) is a dual agonist of both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Ozempic and Wegovy (semalgutide) only stimulate GLP-1 receptor. My opinion: try Semaglutide first because they’re significantly less expensive. My husband has had plenty of success on semiglutide. He lost 30+ lbs and frankly he only needed to lose 20 to reach his goal. I just started semiglutides and it’s like someone shut off my binge eating disorder like magic. I wish I could have done this sooner. Excited to see if I can lose 30 lbs too.
Not used it. But considering it and not sure how can I get it and what’s the right of taking it
