Sun protection

Hi all, I have a 9 week old and am wondering what is best to protect against direct sun. What do you use? We're in Denver w bright sun and I'm thinking a full body suit might be best, have seen bamboo options and more swimwear like options. Any ideas are helpful thank you 🙏

I use kids sunscreen from Walmart and lather it on my son and then I also do full body coverage when going swimming cause my baby super white. 🤣 I usually get mine from Walmart, target or carter's. And sometimes get lucky with once upon a child.

Hey we live in Florida. We normally have a hat on him if we’re outside for long periods of time. It’s good to get his skin used the sun without sunscreen on. If we have absolutely no shade or anything and we know we’re gonna be outside in direct sun for more than 30 minutes I use badger kids mineral sunscreen. It’s super good ingredients. Full body suit is a good idea too but if it’s short bursts of direct sun I don’t think you have to worry about covering. Hope that helps!

Technically not approved to use sunscreen on infants under 6 mo but zinc oxide (mineral sunscreen) is the main ingredient in the tougher diaper cream I use sooooo. we got a sunhat that covers his neck and a stroller shade extender for direct sunlight.
