Dip in motivation

The last 3 weeks I’ve really struggled finding the motivation to stick to my calories deficit. Fasting until 12pm is feeling harder too whereas before it was feeling easy. I’ve luckily managed to maintain/lose 1-2 lbs through the dip but I’m struggling to get back into the right mindset. Any tips on getting re-motivated?

I have also been poor with my deficit since the week before Easter - 4 birthdays - a wedding party - guests from OS. I have 8 weeks til Glastonbury so have told myself things have to get back on track. My exercise has been consistent but my calories haven’t!

I’m having the hardest time even counting calories at this point- how do we cook for our families but also cook for ourselves?? Do you cook differently to be able to count yours separately? That’s the hardest part! When it was just me or just my husband and I I had so much more time to prep but now that I have more mouths to feed time is of the essence haha

@Hayley hard isn’t it when there’s lovely places we’re going regularly. Also important that we enjoy those times rather than avoiding them. Glastonbury hopefully will give you a good goal post, maybe I need a similar kind of count down

I would change up your eating pattern ie dont fast if its not working, eat little and often if that works or volume snacks, zig zag calories across the week to keep it varied and interested. Its okay to mix things up
