Am I not supposed to feel any type of way

Ok so me and my husband has been trying to save mainly me so I bought us a savings box we drop money in every paycheck ok so long story short why when I go to clean off our dresser I picks up the box and it’s nothing in it but coins I’m pissed mainly because when I mentioned to my husband about using SOME of the cash for something he always says “it’s not an emergency leave it” and I do just that but I’m like if I didn’t use it you did and for what but not only that y not communicate that u did instead of lying to me
