Mammas and papas have 4lb and 5lb sizes in store but it's expensive! Sainsbury's have a good affordable selection online and they are velcro fastenings so very easy to put on and off. She may fit in some tiny baby size things, next have some cute outfits
Sainsbury’s has a tiny baby range I think next do also. NICU may have a few bits which can give you some ideas where to get clothes from.
We found Asda it’s tiny baby says up to 9lbs and some of the stuff still fit my girl who is now 12lbs

Asda have preemie clothes online, I got loads of bits for my little girl when she was early!
My baby was 12 weeks preemie,we were gifted a set from marks and Spencer’s that went up to 4lbs! X Vinted also have a section for preemies too! X
Ours was 1.4kg and we got next up to 5lb clothes
We mainly got ours from Sainsbury’s, Asda and Tesco. I got some from Next and Matalan from memory. You can also look on Vinted for some brand new clothes with tags
We were given clothes in the NICU but also bought some from Next and M&S. I think Next were the smallest size we could find as she was well tiny.x
We have tiny baby from primark. My baby was 2.2kg when we left and these fit well. Tiny baby from marks and Spencer’s is huge and doesn’t fit him yet I think primark did a smaller size aswell
