Does dad have pets? Maybe fleas if he sleeps with the pet
If he was wearing long pants and there was tall grass, it definitely could be chiggers. For that, take a hot shower and scrub some table salt on the bites, it will deactivate the itchy saliva

@Tiffany yes cat that does have fleas but he’s on treatment for it and my son goes to his house every weekend but just happened that bad ystd. Dallas area and there’s a big flea problem in general in their specific area due to a lot of strays. But there’s just so many bites literally all over him even in diaper area 😣. I posted more pics in comments
@Sarah he was not. He was wearing some loose shorts and tank , they’re literally all over. Back, arms, hands, diaper area but it’s a whole lot worse on legs and feet . 😢
@Lea 🙁 he caught a super random fever Saturday night and only got like 4-5 bites in his arm while we were out at a party that was outdoors at a ranch. He caught the fever like 3 hrs after a we got to the place and started with a random fever. I gave him ibuprofen once we got him and it went away like 1-2 hrs later and hasn’t had any more fevers since. But Sunday morning the bite he did get from the ranch were very small pimple like bites and I kept asking him if they itched and he said no Everytime. So that’s why I’m so stressed and confused and wondering if the fever had any connection to the bites and if w the ones he got at his dads if it may be causing an allergic reaction and that’s why they’re all over
It’s very possible. I would bring him to the allergy Dr or dermatologist. Just to rule out anything.
