Returning to work
I’m currently on MAT leave and will be returning to my teaching job in September. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety about going back and have been thinking about dropping to 4 days. Does anyone know if it’s too late for me to request this as the summer term ends in June. I also have a TLR, will this be taken away from me?

I doubt TLR will be taken from you I could still have my TLR on 3 days although I dropped the TLR after a year back was far too much stress for what it was worth for me xx
I don't believe it's too late to request it! contact your head, have an informal discussion about it and then ask to complete the forms about it. They need to answer to you within 2 months I think!
