Excema? Something else?

My son‘s been struggling with eczema really bad ever since he was born he just turned a year. He moved up to a new classroom at school where they’re spending a little bit more time outside. Does this look like eczema or does it look like something else I should be worried about? I have hydrocortisone I can apply to it. Just wanted to make sure I’m treating it correctly.

is it windy where you live ? could definitely be eczema from the skin being dried out. but my daughter breaks out in hives when her skin comes in contact with pollen and they kinda started out looking like this. if it hasn't spread anywhere else since taking the pic my guess would be eczema!

It looks like eczema to me. I would put a hydrocortisone on it and if you’re breast-feeding or have old breastmilk, maybe give him a breastmilk bath.

@alissa it has been windy! It never spread and cleared up with the hydrocortisone!

@Maya it cleared right up with the hydrocortisone! I actually make breast milk soap for him - game changer!!!
