Only best advice is let them do it on their own that’s what I did with my daughter now she’s rolling over here and there because i stopped stressing over it your little one will every baby moves at their own pace my daughter is 6 months now i try not to stress about it

mine! he's /just now/ showing interest in rolling to grab toys. I figure he'll get there when he gets there. I was slow with my motor skills and my fiancé basically skipped crawling because he rolled everywhere lol

@Finn all Ik is his trying to walk and little steps when standing while looking down

@Shanta okay I never had a baby before and my coworker son same age is rolling n crawling so it's making me feel like my son not progressing

My girl is 6.5 months about to be 7 months next week and she started partially rolling over. She sleeps on her side or back. My girl cannot fully sit up yet without help. She tries so hard but she needs support. I’m just letting her do her own thing. Don’t worry. I was in this position too. And babies will do everything themselves. Don’t rush. Hang in there momma. You got this. You are doing amazing!

Every baby is different. It’s hard to see others progressing more than your child. Trust me I know. I wanted to cry when I went to a tummy time class with my daughter at 5.5 months and the others in her age range were sitting up so good. Rolling over like no tomorrow. Stay strong. Your baby will get there ❤️.

Ours is 6months and she’s not sitting up or trying to crawl yet but she is a roller! She is still doing lots of tummy time to promote that core strength and our pediatrician is good with it! If you’re super concerned talk to your ped but if they aren’t concerned you shouldn’t be either! I know it’s hard but just wait.. one day he will spring up out of nowhere!

I won’t being rude an my daughter is my first baby too 🤷🏽‍♀️ I was just saying it’s just gonna take time you’re doing great 😊

@Alexis thank you for telling me this 🥹 my hole family told me since I was 18 I would be a bad mother and ik I'm not but them just telling me I am and haveinf a complet stranger tell me I'm doing amazing makes mw want to cry

@Alexis I'm just worried cuase his doc said he'll be sitting on his own by his next appointment (tommrow moring ) and his not

@Ellie his appointment tommrow

@Shanta I'm just wondering cuase my coworker son born same day just 12 hours later is doing so much more I feel like I'm not doing something to help him to do the things he should and it makes me feel bad since my coworker son going so much faster while My son still a potato (I'm not being mean about calling him one I even call my self one as a joke when I dint wanna do things ) and only rolling up on his sides never fully rolling over every times

Your not doing anything wrong I just don’t want you to stress like I did months ago that’s all no baby is a potato every baby is smart but i know some babies actually observed other babies and end up doing what the other baby does one day their self 🥰 you’re a absolute great job with your baby. I’ve been trying to get my daughter to crawl but i am just gonna let her do it on her own

You are 1,00000000% not a bad mom! Just because of your age means absolutely nothing. He’s healthy, he’s breathing, he’s progressing and you probably don’t notice it because you’re always with him. I understand your appointment is tomorrow. Breathe. Discuss these concerns with your pediatrician. When my daughter went to her 6 month appointment they didn’t tell me that. They asked if she started rolling over yet. They didn’t say anything was wrong with her. You are fine. Breathe. Your baby will eventually get there. ❤️

@Shanta yes girl same. I tell you I almost went to a specialist because she wasn’t rolling over and my friends were like babies do things in all different rates. Sooner than enough she rolled on her own. She has strength to sit up but just falls over my kid is a couch potato 😂. I 1000% agree with you!

@Alexis I was about to go to a specialist myself but when she rolled over in front of me I almost cried 😭🥹

@Shanta right same!!!! She rolled over by herself on Easter haha. But again she’s a lazy girl so everytime she rolls over she cries. She HATES being on her stomach!

My baby barely rolls and didn't start sitting without her hands until about a week ago. She also won't try to crawl at all or push up on hands and knees. She turned 7 months on April 18th.

@Shanta I hope he will try to go and try and grab the cat or dog we have for motivation to get him moving

@Lianna I love my little potato baby since his always watching everything and gets grumpy when he can't watch me fold the laundry

He will 🥰 i believe in him 😊

@Alexis my daughter cries too when she rolls over and then gets mad at me lol 😂

@Shanta ik he'll get there when his ready but I thought by 6 months he be atlest one of thous things alot

My girl is sitting up fully has amazing head control. She hates tummy time and is not rolling at all .

@Clarissa the doctor upset with me cuase he hasn't been having food food 😑 they never told me he could at his last appointment when I asked

My baby is super into everything but I think daycare makes him that way. He’s social and loves to watch other kids and wants to move like they do. So I think it makes sense that other babies don’t feel that way if in a different environment. They all will get there 😊
