Diaper rash
Hi guys just wanted to get some advice my son has been experiencing a diaper like rash on the tip on his penis. I’ve used petroleum jelly as well as diaper rash cream but nothing seems to be clear it up…Only thing I can think it might be from is new wipes of the Rico brand. Any recommendations to help with redness and best wipes are appreciated!

Highly recommend A&D. It almost always clears up my son’s diaper rashes over night. Sometimes a day & a half if it’s stubborn!!
He might have balanitis and need an antifungal instead of just regular diaper rash cream! I would bring it up with your peds. I treat adult patients and this is common but I’m not sure about kids and def not sure without seeing a pic
Apparently there’s a new brand at target called kudos you can get them online too. But they are a more non toxic diaper and wipes. You could try those. But you also might just be too rough with the penis so be very gentle with it. I really like the earth mama diaper balm. It’s safe and works and is non toxic too
